Poway Council OKs 47 Townhomes and Shop Space on Poway Road

Poway City Council voted 4-1 to entitle Intracorp Homes for 47 three-story townhomes and four ground-floor shops on a 2.06-acre Town Center site. Late-2026 groundbreaking, about 24 months of phased construction.
