These terms apply to the text messaging program operated by Left Coast Leaders, Inc. (NMLS 2394495, DRE 02191517), San Diego, CA 92111 ("Left Coast Leaders," "we," "us"). They work together with the SMS Policy section of our Privacy Policy.

If you opt in, we may send you loan updates and loan process notifications, appointment reminders, other service related communications, and occasional marketing messages.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or obtaining any product or service from us.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.
Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt out, and we will not send further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP to any message for help.
